Role description
  • To co-ordinate with channel partners / Suppliers.
  • To select, train, develop, and drive a team of Territory Sales Managers, to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
Responsibilities
  • Understand the fundamentals of the business and build a clear strategic road map, keeping in mind the long term strategic directions of the region.
  • Responsible for expanding channel network , distribution management
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
  • Engage in constant monitoring of all competitive activities.
  • Maintain proper records of client communication and advice given.
  • Ensuring all performance standards are met, viz. business targets, control and compliance.
  • Expansion of internal and external relationships and drive sales results.
  • Ensure correct documentation(CSP; Distributors, Customers)
  • Monitor Form Processing Centre.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiations.
Qualifications
  • Graduation in commerce/marketing. MBA in the field of marketing is preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in channel management (Preferably telecom /FMCG /Banking/ Insurance)
  • Candidate having prior experience and demonstrated ability in managing such work in a start-up phase would be ideal.
  • Knowledge of the market trends and sound functional / business knowledge (Preferably in the field of Telecom/Banking/Insurance services /FMCG)
  • Strong sales, channel management and customer focus.
