Role description
  • To establish and maintain long-term working relationships or partnerships between the company and selected suppliers / vendors, in order to improve time-to-market and to safeguard capacity, quality, cost and continuity in the long term.
 
 
Responsibilities
  • To manage all suppliers & contracted partners of the company.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the vendors / suppliers are commercially advantageous.
  • To support various teams within the company to procure and to pay for various works done.
  • Invoicing SBI and managing & paying invoices of CSPs and suppliers.
  • Identifying suppliers, empanelling them and negotiating rates and time as per the purchase request of a department.
  • Identifying suppliers in new circles in which Eko is expanding, selecting the appropriate ones, negotiating contracts with them.
  • Relationship management and handling emerging situation.
 
 
Qualifications
  • Graduation in Commerce/Business Economics.
  • At least 3- 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing/sales/contract research.

  • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilising information for business improvement.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients .

  • Must be proficient with Excel and spreadsheet modeling.
