- To establish and maintain long-term working relationships or partnerships between the company and selected suppliers / vendors, in order to improve time-to-market and to safeguard capacity, quality, cost and continuity in the long term.

- To manage all suppliers & contracted partners of the company.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the vendors / suppliers are commercially advantageous.
- To support various teams within the company to procure and to pay for various works done.
- Invoicing SBI and managing & paying invoices of CSPs and suppliers.
- Identifying suppliers, empanelling them and negotiating rates and time as per the purchase request of a department.
- Identifying suppliers in new circles in which Eko is expanding, selecting the appropriate ones, negotiating contracts with them.
- Relationship management and handling emerging situation.

- Graduation in Commerce/Business Economics.
- At least 3- 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing/sales/contract research.

- Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties.
- Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilising information for business improvement.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients .
- Ability to overview situations, review and evaluate, defining set plans to achieve business goals.

- Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results.
- Ability to communicate at various levels with existing and prospective suppliers.
- Strong and demonstrable negotiation skills.
- Analytical and quantitative skills.
- Must be proficient with Excel and spreadsheet modeling.
